Doserra uses Time Sensitive notifications, so a dose reminder can break through Focus mode. Medicines due at the same time arrive together in one notification.

Is Doserra free?
Yes. Reminders and dose confirmation for up to 2 medications are free with no time limit, together with refill alerts, appointments, the Lock Screen widget and 7 days of history. Doserra Pro adds unlimited medications, repeating and advance reminders, caregiver mode, full history, the PDF report and notes. Every Pro feature is unlocked for the first 7 days.
Do I need an account?
No. Doserra works without an account, login or email address. Your medicines and dose history stay on your device.
What happens if I ignore a reminder?
If you don't confirm a dose, Doserra sends an overdue alert. With Pro you can switch on repeat-until-confirmed: the reminder comes back every 5, 10 or 15 minutes until you tap Taken or Skipped.
Does it work on Apple Watch?
Yes, through your iPhone's notifications: when a reminder appears on your paired Apple Watch you can tap Taken, Remind me in 10 minutes or Skipped. There is no separate Watch app.
Can I manage medicines for my parents or children?
Yes, with caregiver mode (Pro). Each person gets their own profile, medicines and schedule on your iPhone, and you get an alert when their dose hasn't been confirmed. Doserra doesn't sync to their phone – everything is managed on yours.
Can I share my history with my doctor?
Yes. Doserra Pro creates a PDF report of your dose history and visit notes on your iPhone. You decide whether and with whom to share it.
Does Doserra tell me what dose to take?
No. Doserra reminds you of the schedule you enter from your prescription or the leaflet. It doesn't give medical advice, check interactions or replace your doctor or pharmacist.
Is there an Android version?
No. Doserra is available for iPhone and iPad only.
