How to set up caregiver mode
Add a person
Name and a photo or colour – a parent, a child or a patient.
Add their medicines
Name, strength and schedule, just as on the prescription or leaflet.
Choose when to be alerted
If their dose isn't confirmed after, say, 30 minutes, you get a notification.
Check the dashboard
Everyone's status for today, adherence and notes in one place.
Caregiver mode runs on your iPhone. Doserra doesn't send reminders to the other person's phone and doesn't sync between devices.

Caregiver questions
Does my parent need their own iPhone?
No. Caregiver mode is for you: all profiles, schedules and alerts live on your iPhone. It suits situations where you give the medicines or check in on them, e.g. by phone.
Can my parent get reminders on their own phone?
Not from your account – Doserra has no accounts and doesn't sync. If they use an iPhone, they can install Doserra themselves and keep their own medicines on their own profile.
How many people can I add?
As many as you need. Caregiver mode is part of Doserra Pro, which you can try free for 7 days.
Is my family's health data shared with anyone?
No. All profiles and medicines stay on your device. We never receive them.
