When should I order a refill?

Does Doserra order medicines for me?
No. Doserra reminds you; you renew the prescription and buy the medicine as usual. It isn't connected to pharmacies or prescription systems.
Are refill reminders free?
Yes. Stock tracking and low-stock alerts are part of the free version.
What if I take a dose without confirming it?
Only confirmed doses are subtracted. You can correct the stock at any time when you count the pills.
